Planning Your Project

Meet with a Reece Designer
You can meet with your designer at our design center. Our designer will listen carefully and gather your ideas so your kitchen, bath or other interior remodeling wants and needs are incorporated into your new space. A design or project retainer will be required to proceed with the process.
Home Survey
Our designer will come to your home and complete a home survey which includes taking measurements, photos and looking for any structural, plumbing or electrical issues. The more information your representative has, the more detailed and precise your initial estimate is going to be.
Review the Designs and Written Proposal
Ar representative will call to set the next meeting. At this meeting, you will review the design and discuss the proposal for completing your project.
Any More Ideas?
Additional ideas and designs will be explored in order to create detailed-specifications that will allow you to get the style and functionality you want and need. At this time, a contract may be drawn.
Before We Begin Work
After the finalized plans and specifications are signed and processed, the project manager will arrange a pre-start conference meeting in your home to review the scope of the schedule, construction and installation process.
Your Project Manager is Your Contact
Your project manager will be the main contact person throughout the entire construction and installation process. Should you experience any concerns or have any questions, call your project manager immediately. Your project manager will ensure your home gets quality installation and a fabulous finished space that best fits your lifestyle.
